This Victorinox Swiss Modern carving knife is enhanced with a light blue plastic handle. The 25 cm long blade is longer than the average carving knife. As such it is perfect when cutting larger pieces of meat. Because of the length you are able to make long, straight cutting movements. When cutting use the entire length of the blade and cut through in one go. Please note: you should only use a carving knife to cut meat. Don’t accidentally hit bones. This could cause the knife to chip.
