This GEFU VIOLI 2.0 Julienne V-Slicer is a practical slicer to slice vegetables. The mandolin has a cutting blade with five adjustable cutting thicknesses: from 1 mm to 5 mm. As such you decide how thick you want the slices or strips to be. In addition, the VIOLI 2.0 has two inserts with which you can cut Julienne strips of 3 or 6 millimetres thick!
