The set is comprised of two drums: crown and bircher. ‘LASER CUT’ so extra sharp. The crown grater is perfect for, for instance, potato powder dough and hard cheeses. The bircher grater, however, is perfect for chopping carrots, black radish, celery and potatoes for rosti.
