Each piece will precisely and perfectly be cut, not chopped. Great on toast, pizza or in a salad. Add large pieces to the collecting container. By turning the lever the blades will start to rotate. The cubes will fall into the collecting container which can also serve as a storage container. With the included lid you can easily close the container. The knives are made from stainless steel. The other parts are made from plastic. All parts, however, can be cleaned either by hand or in the dishwasher.
